Refund, Cancellation & Booking Policy

The Trade International – Rooms, Corporate & Wedding Bookings

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all reservations, bookings, and payments made with The Trade International (hereinafter referred to as “the Hotel”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By confirming a booking, the guest or client (“you”) agrees to abide by the terms stated herein.

All cancellations must be made in writing via official email, WhatsApp, or at the hotel front desk and will be effective only after written acknowledgment from the Hotel.


1. Single Room Booking Policy (Individual Guests)

Cancellation & Refund
  • Before 7 days (168 hours) prior to check-in: 100% refund of the booking amount.
  • Between 72 hours and 7 days prior to check-in: 50% refund of the booking amount.
  • Within 72 hours of check-in or No-Show: No refund applicable.
Notes
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
  • Bank charges, payment gateway fees, or taxes (if any) are non-refundable.

2. Corporate & Group Booking Policy

Applicable to corporate events, conferences, bulk room reservations, and group bookings.

Cancellation & Refund
  • Before 60 days of the event/check-in: 100% refund of the advance amount.
  • Between 45 to 60 days: 50% refund of the advance amount.
  • Within 45 days or less: No refund of advance amount.
Notes
  • The Hotel blocks inventory and allocates manpower, resources, and vendor services; hence strict timelines apply.
  • Date shifting is subject to availability and management discretion.

3. Wedding Booking Policy

Justification

Once a wedding is confirmed, the Hotel engages multiple third-party vendors and service providers including (but not limited to):

  • Event Planners
  • Decorators
  • Florists (Phoolwala)
  • Band & Music Teams
  • Mehndi Artists
  • Makeup Artists
  • Lighting, Sound & Logistics Vendors

4. General Terms & Conditions

  1. All refunds are subject to written cancellation request only.
  2. Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
  3. No refund will be issued for:
    • Early check-out
    • Partial stay
    • Force majeure cases (natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, etc.)
  4. The Hotel reserves the right to:
    • Modify this policy without prior notice.
    • Deny refunds in cases of misuse, fraud, or violation of hotel rules.
  5. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Rajasthan courts only.

5. Management Disclaimer

The Trade International reserves the right to interpret, amend, or modify this policy in the best interest of business operations, vendor commitments, and guest service standards. Management decisions shall be final and binding.


This policy is legally binding and applies to all bookings made through:

  • Online portals
  • Direct walk-ins
  • Corporate agreements
  • Event & wedding contracts
